Why Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present and aware of where you are and what you’re doing at the moment that you’re doing it. It’s quieting the noise around you, tuning into your thoughts, listening to your body, and utilizing your senses, so that you’re not reactive or overwhelmed by what’s happening on the outside.
Whenever you bring awareness to your day, you turn down distractions that may be taking away from your joy, focus, and inner calm. As we all continue to master the art of staying grounded in serenity, we continue to be mindful in body, mind, heart, and spirit.
