We live in a very forward facing world, which means many of us spend a large majority of our days hunched over our desks, laptops, cell phones, slouched on the couch, etc.
Over time this overstretches and weakens the muscles of the upper back and upper shoulders, and tightens and shortens the muscles across the chest and front of the shoulders.
Poor posture can lead to all kinds of problems including headaches, neck pain, back pain, trouble breathing, trouble walking, and even digestive issues.
