Blackberry Kale Superfood Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen blackberries (or use fresh, if desired)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
2 large handfuls kale leaves
1/4 cup coconut yogurt (or use Greek yogurt for a vegetarian option)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on high speed until smooth.
