Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Slivered Almonds

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Organic brussel sprouts
Slivered almonds
EVOO
Pink salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Start by preheating your oven to 425° F.
Chop your organic brussel sprouts in half or slice. Add them to a bowl and coat with EVOO, sprinkle with pink salt, and stir, stir, stir.
Lay your brussel sprouts out in an even layer in a baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes - depending on the strength of your oven - until they look slightly charred.
Take them out and allow them to cool on the pan.
In a saucepan, combine the almonds and a little olive oil and toast them in your pan over medium heat. Be sure to keep them moving!
Add the brussel sprouts to a dish, sprinkle the almonds all over, and stir them in or leave them on top as a garnish - either way.
Eat and enjoy!
