Strengthen your shoulders and arms

Arm circles
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart. Extend arms out straight from your sides to form a T with your body.
At a moderate pace, rotate shoulders and arms to make forward circles no bigger than 1-foot in diameter.
Continue for 15-20 circles, then reverse and repeat in opposite direction.
Repetitions:
Do 3 sets in a row, 3 times a week. To modify, circle arms faster or super slowly.
Bonus Challenge:
To test and build balance and core strength, do entire exercise up on your toes with heels together and toes apart
